PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat magnetic element that can increase the inductance but reduce the DC resistance of a coil without deteriorating the characteristics of the coil fracturing the coil wires. SOLUTION: This flat magnetic element is constituted in a structure in which a flat coil is sandwiched between lower and upper sintered magnetic ferrite substrates. A magnetic ferrite resin which is a mixture of magnetic ferrite powder and a resin binder is packed in the gap between the coil wires of the flat coil and, at the same time, the flat coil is bonded to the upper sintered magnetic ferrite substrate through an adhesive resin layer.
