PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve portability and reduce occurrence of breaking of wire by projecting a power plug and a terminal plug from the same side surface of a casing when not in use. SOLUTION: The power plug 6 connected to an AC-DC conversion circuit 5 is provided on a first side surface 2a of the casing 2 including the AC-DC conversion circuit 5 and rotatably housing a cord winding drum 14. The terminal plug 9 is provided on a tip end of an extension cord 12, of which a base end connected to the AC-DC conversion circuit 5, and which is wound around the cord winding drum 14 and is drawn out from a second side surface 2b of the casing 2. A cord guide groove opening and straddling the first side surface and the second side surface is formed on the casing 2. The terminal plug 9 and the power plug 6 are projected from the same side surface by guiding the extension cord 12 drawn out from a side of the second side surface 2b through the cord guide groove 19 to a side of the first side surface 2a when not in use.
