PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for coordinating a Web system to the application of a client by enabling the handling of the data of the Web system in the application of the client. SOLUTION: A local machine 2 has a data transfer means 21 and a format conversion means 23. The data transfer mean 21 executes a transfer script 22 to download data from the Web server 12. The data transfer means 21 asks the format conversion of the downloaded data to the format conversion means 23, and the format conversion means 23 converts the downloaded data according to a conversion rule 23, and outputs the result to a data file 25.
