PURPOSE: Vectors for DNA vaccine having high expression effects and hepatitis vaccines using the same are provided, thereby significantly improving the expression level of HBV antigen. CONSTITUTION: A vector for DNA vaccine(KCCM 10369) having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is provided. A vector for DNA vaccine(KCCM 10370) for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis, having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 is provided. A vaccine containing the vector for DNA vaccine(KCCM 10369) of SEQ ID NO: 1 is provided. A vaccine for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis, containing the vector for DNA vaccine(KCCM 10370) of SEQ ID NO: 2 is provided.
