PURPOSE: A rear seat for a baby is provided to facilitate installation and removal work of the seat for the baby and prevent injury of babies by conveniently and safely taking babies in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A rear seat(100) for a vehicle comprises a seat backrest(110) and a seat cushion(120). In a rear seat for a baby, a seat backrest for a baby(112), moving vertically, is installed to the seat backrest. A seat cushion for a baby(114), folded to the seat cushion, is installed to the lower end of the seat backrest for a baby. The rear seat for a baby includes fitting keys(200a,200b) restricting the vertical moving limit of the seat backrest for a baby by fixing/releasing the seat backrest for a baby to/from seat backrest.
