<p>A reinforced elastomer composite is disclosed comprising expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) and an FFKM polymer that preferably comprises monomer units of TFE and PAVE. At least a portion of the reinforced elastomer composite is substantially non-permeable.
