The valve controls hydraulic fluid (1) by pressurizing a piston slide valve (3) in a housing (2) axially. The fluid also goes through a bypass (4) to the valve cavity. The skirt of the piston slide valve controls the radial borings (10) in an inner sleeve (5). A rotating slide valve (7) is fitted in the bypass. It has radial borings (9) of a different size, and can be turned by a handle (8).
