An ambidextrous sectional pizza box lid (14) that can be divided into sectio ns (26), which are shaped in such a way so that the sections can be easily grasped with either the left or right hand without the use of tools. The piz za box having a bottom portion (12) and a top portion (14) which comprises a to p portion being removably attached to the bottom portion. The top portion may have plurality plate portions that are removably formed in the top portion a nd are shaped for ambidextrously grasping.
