PURPOSE: A load limiter for a vehicle is provided to prevent passengers from being injured by inserting a reinforcement into a torsion bar and constraining the passenger until high load is applied to a seat belt in vehicle crash. CONSTITUTION: In a load limiter including a plate spring, a reinforcement(10) is detachable mounted at a torsion bar(200) in the load limiter. The reinforcement covers one part of a connection unit(210) in the torsion bar. Both ends of the reinforcement are inserted into grooves(20) of a fixing unit(220) formed at both sides of the torsion bar.
