<p>It is intended to provide a vintoperol-containing medicinal composition characterized by exhibiting its effect over a long period of time without any side effect, being easily administered while giving no pain to patients and being free from the first-pass effect. To treat peripheral circulatory disorders, this medicinal composition is transdermally administered to mammals (including humans) having such a disease. Because of having an effect of elevating the oxygen concentration in a tissue, the composition is also usable in relieving tiredness.</p> |
