<p>A rotating tool e.g. a burnishing brush rotates on a spindle (13). The brush is anchored in a two-part (10, 11) hub (1) whose halves are linked by four cross-pieces (111) attached to one half (11), and four cross-pieces (102) attached to the second half (10).
