Film cables are arranged with broad sides in contact to connect tracks on different film cables via contact elements (15). Each contact element has a base plate (16) with cutting/crimping vanes (17), especially on a conducting track of a first film cable and passing through the conductor, especially next to the track, to contact a track on a second foil cable.
