ROAMING METHOD BETWEEN PUBLIC WIRELESS LAN AND CELLULAR NETWORK

PURPOSE: A roaming method between a public wireless LAN and a cellular network is provided to quickly support a roaming service when a dual mode terminal moves between a wireless LAN service region and a cellular service region, thereby reducing time for roaming. CONSTITUTION: A PDSN(420) informs an AP managing device of information related to a current access state of an MT(Mobile Terminal)(10)(S301-S312). When the MT(10) connects with the AP managing device(S313,S314), the AP managing device requests to update an address to replace a self address with an address of the PDSN(420)(S312), assigns an IP address to the MT(10)(S316), and informs the PDSN(420) of the IP address(S317). The PDSN(420) transmits data obtained during a roaming service to the AP managing device(S318).
