FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is employed in facilities of relay protection in the capacity of relay-regulator of transformation ratio of transformer. Proposed relay includes four comparators, RS flip-flop, two final-control elements, two pulse formers of leading edge, two OR gates, four AND gates, delay element and univibrator.
