FIELD: food and liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of vodkas. Vodka contains ethyl alcohol, water and addition of forged tinsel as scales taken in the amount 0.01-0.02 g/l with linear sizes 1.0-3.0 and 0.1-0.3 mm and thickness 0.0008-0.001 mm in the ratio of scales mass of greater and lesser sizes (8:1)-(12:1). Method involves preparing an aqueous-alcoholic mixture by mixing purified water with ethyl alcohol, its purification and filtration, exposition in finishing tank, correction of strength and addition to vodka of addition as silver followed by bottling. Before bottling part of vodka is removed, separated for two equal volumes, to each volume silver with thickness 0.0008-0.001 mm is added, subjected for ultrasonic treatment at frequency 22-25 kHz and power 0.2 kWt up to preparing silver scales with linear sizes 0.1-0.3 mm in the first volume and 1.0-3.0 mm in the second volume and volumes are mixed in amounts providing the ratio of scales of greater and lesser sizes (8:1)-(12:1) which are added to vodka. Invention provides the improvement of consumption properties due to elevation of flight time of suspended particles and conferring to the end product of "sparkling" effect.
