<p>A process for producing CDP-choline characterized by comprising bringing a biocatalyst, which has an activity of forming CDP-choline from choline, phosphorylcholine or a salt thereof and uracil, into contact with choline, phosphorylcholine or a salt thereof and uracil in an aqueous medium, thus allowing the formation and accumulation of CDP-choline in the aqueous medium, and then collecting the CDP-choline from the aqueous medium.</p> |
