The lamp for fitting into a concrete ceiling (8) contains a housing (1), a reflector (3), and holders. In fitted state they abut the underside, or lower outside, or inside of reflector, at least partly. The reflector underside and/or of holders firmly connect to the concrete ceiling. With the holders, the fitted lamp is spaced from underside (9) of concrete ceiling. Thus the fitted arm is suitable for firm incorporation into the ceiling. The holders may contain a holding frame (2) for spacing the lamp housing from ceiling underside. Independent claims are included for ceiling fitted lamp.
