SUBSTANCE: articularsurfaces are removed from ankle bone, heel bone, scaphoid bone and cuboid bone in Chopart's joint to carry out a wedge- like reduction of heel bone with wedge's bottom to face inwards at vagus or outwards at varus deformations of feet; wedge-like resection ankle bone's cervix with its wedge's bottom facing foot rear; then a wedge-like transplant designed out of ankle bone cervix should be introduced into diastasis between ankle and heel bones; wedge-like and ankle bones are fixed with rods, heel bone - with rods and needles fixed at apparatus foe external fixation to keep and provide necessary height of foot's arch and prevents the development of claw foot.
