FIELD: implementation of process in heterogeneous system including liquid-solid body, for instance, sorption, leaching, dissolving. SUBSTANCE: on-exchange process apparatus 1 has body with phase intake branch pipe 2 and phase discharge branch pipe 3. Installed inside of apparatus on axle 4 are contact devices 5,6. Contact members are made in form of linear helical surface of right helicoids with constant radius in cross- section. Height is equal to half helix lead of linear helical surface. Contact members are installed on axle with alternating right and left directions with displacement through 90 deg. Installed between contact members are perforated disks 7,8 on whose surfaces, flat spirals are located in radial direction from center to periphery. EFFECT: intensified process of mass transfer due to improved contact of reacting phases and eliminated stagnant zones. 3 cl, 9 dwg
