The cover plate (1) has e.g. four hooks (1A) which engage in corresponding slots in a carrier plate. There is a security seal with a hook (1B) in one corner. Relative movement of the plates will break the seal. A hook on the cover plate may engage with a curved slot in the carrier plate to deform the seal when movement takes place.
