The receiving and delivery device for bulk material has a U-section sealing flap (3) with two opposite-lying sides each of which as a bearing device has first bearing pin protruding on the outer side of the U-member and which during the assembly of the sealing flap is fitted in a pivot bearing (2l) fixed to the housing (1). A second separate pin mounted from the outside is constructed as a plug-in pin with a shoulder which locks into a complementary opening in the first pin.
