PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting picture data for a presentation is provided to easily and conveniently perform a wiring work and simplify a layout, thereby reducing the installation costs of an apparatus for transmitting picture data. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of transmitters(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6) installed at seats of meeting participants for receiving picture data from a picture input unit and transmitting the received picture data to a receiver(R). The receiver receives the picture data from the plurality of transmitters for transmitting the received picture data to a main display(MD). The transmitters are connected to the receiver in parallel via a digital data transmission line(DL1), so that the plurality of transmitters are accurately controlled.
