A raw material composition usable in various applications which comprises th e following ingredients (1) to (3): a composition comprising (a) a polymer ingredient which comprises a vinyl acetate homopolymer or a partial hydrolyzate thereof or comprises either a copolymer of vinyl acetate with on e or more monomers selected from the group consisting of acrylic esters, acrylamide, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, methacrylic esters, maleic acid, maleic anhydride, and fumaric acid or a partial hydrolyzate of the copolymer , a composition comprising one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of silicone compounds, polyvinyl acetate, cetyl methyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, and epoxy resins, and organic or inorganic particles.
