FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: proposed charge proper rigidly connected with housing and protective-and-fastening layer playing the part of heat protective coating and fastening layer. Protective-and-fastening layer of thickness equal to 0,1.10-2-2,5.10-2 of outer diameter of charge, being essentially sheet calendared material of basis of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber with chrysolite asbestos filler, contains also dioctyl sebacate in amount of 3-300 mass parts and para- dinitrosobenzene in amount of 2-10 mass parts. EFFECT: provision of rocket solid propellant charge reliably connected with rocket engine by one protective-and-fastening layer playing the part of heat protective coating and fastening layer. 1 tbl, 3 dwg
