PURPOSE: A control circuit of a power-saving multi-tap is provided to save power by cutting off power supply applied to a sub-tap when a main system is not being used. CONSTITUTION: A voltage detector(21) detects micro-voltage provided to a main system through a main outlet by using a transformer. An amplifier(22) receives voltages detected by the voltage detector for amplifying micro-voltage for obtaining delay time. An action delay unit(23) delays the voltage transmitted by the amplifier from being transmitted to a rear end through a time constant to protect a circuit from lightning. A relay driver(24) is switched according to a volume of the voltage provided via the action delay unit for driving a relay connected with a sub-outlet.
