PURPOSE: A common rail type fuel supply apparatus is provided to reduce an engine trouble by minimizing the generation of air bubble from the fuel discharged through the fuel recovery pipe. CONSTITUTION: A common rail type fuel supply apparatus comprises an auxiliary fuel intake pipe(20) connected to an end of a fuel recovery pipe(10), and which sucks a fuel from an external source by the pressure depression occurring when the fuel passes through the fuel recovery pipe; a chamber(30) for accommodating a low pressure pump(1), the recovery pipe and the auxiliary fuel intake pipe; and a fuel intake hole(40) formed at the chamber, and which allows for an inflow of fuel.
