PURPOSE: A variable pulley structure of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to optimize cooling performance by automatically changing a diameter of the pulley depending on RPM of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a rotary plate(4) coupled to a rotary axis(2) of a compressor of a vehicle, and having a first space(6) formed therein to allow a plurality of masses(10) installed therein, fluid stored between the masses in the first space, and a fixing part(14) formed thereon to allow a second space(16) to be formed on an outside and connected with the first space; a fixed half pulley(20) having a flat surface(22) and an inclined surface(24) formed on the outside and the fixing part of the rotary plate to contact with one side of a belt(38), and a plurality of spaces(26) formed therein; and a variable half pulley(28) placed on outsides of the fixing part of the rotary plate and the fixed half pulley, and having an extension protrusion(30) protruded toward the fixing part of the rotary plate to be coupled to the second space of the fixing part, and having a flat surface(32) and an inclined surface(34) formed thereon to contact with the other side of the belt.
