FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inductor-preconnected rotor of large suction capacity pump. Proposed inductor contains case with first and second cylindrical parts of inner wall and enclosing rotor of inductor having great number of blades. First cylindrical part of wall beginning before front edge of blades and partially overlapping blades of inductor rotor form clearance with peripheral part of blades exceeding clearance formed by peripheral part of blades with second cylindrical part of case wall. Second cylindrical part of inner wall of case adjoins first cylindrical part. Ratio of clearances between peripheral part of blades and, accordingly, first and second cylindrical parts of case wall exceeds 10.
