The damper includes a primary side (12) and a turning secondary side (26). Two disks (18, 20) bound a chamber (22) for a viscous fluid. A sealing device (56) supports a central disk element (28). There is a counterforce creating device (60) to create a counterforce acting on the central disk element to oppose the effect of the sealing device.
