A construction machine (10) has a shaft (12) with displacer head (14) at the lower end, which creates a hollow space (3) in the ground (6), and a feed unit (16) to fill the space with filler material. The shaft is retracted to form the foundation pillar (5). When a certain depth has been reached, one or more fittings (30) attached to the shaft is/are released and installed in a ground and/or pillar area. The shaft is retracted, leaving the fitting/s behind. The fitting has a lance tip (32), which is anchored in the ground, a measuring device (40) for physical, chemical and/or ground-mechanical values, and a reinforcing element. The fitting consists of a flexible geo-textile allowing the passage of lquids and/or gases.
