PURPOSE: A cleaning device of a screen printer having an electronic brake and a driving method thereof are provided to improve the performance of the cleaning device by performing a cleaning process after straining a small piece of cloth and a paper between rollers. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning device of a screen printer having an electronic brake includes two rollers(5a,5b), an air injection pipe(9), a cleaning push stick(11), and an injection nozzle(10). The rollers(5a,5b) are combined with a roller drive motor(2) and an electronic brake(19). The rollers(5a,5b) are combined with the brackets(12a,12b). The air injection pipe(9) is fixed to the brackets(12a,12b). The injection pipe(9) is fixed to the brackets(12a,12b) and connected to an air injection pump. The cleaning push stick(11) is fixed to the brackets(12a,12b) and shifted by an air pressure cylinder(15). The injection nozzle(10) is used for injecting the solvent to a paper or a small piece of cloth between the rollers(5a,5b). The controller is used for controlling the roller drive motor(2), the electronic brake(19), the air injection pump, a transfer drive motor, a chemical valve(8), and a shift motor.
