PURPOSE: Provided is a ring type exercise equipment into which a body is entered to be massaged with the pressing rings and vibrating unit by a vibrating motor. The pressing and vibration excite blood vessels and muscles to maximize the massaging effect. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises: a supporting part with a top and a bottom plates(30); a rotating part(40) between the top and the bottom plates(30); a connecting rod(70) fixed inside the supporting part; and an operating rod(68) inserted into the connecting rod(70) and formed with the pressing rings at the end.
