The combined desalt-hydroelectric power plant is a production method of electric power and fresh water using renewable energy sources. This is achieved by evaporating seawater inside vacuum chamber (5), with sufficient height, at low temperature and supplying the required heat in order to evaporate the water by the heat pumps condenser (4). The atmospheric pressure applied on the waters surface elevates the steam inside the vacuum chamber since the pressure inside the chamber is less and the density of the steam is less as well. When steam reaches the desired height it condenses inside the condenser. Condensed water is removed inexpensively from the vacuum chamber to the environment using the hydrostatic tube (7). Extracted water from the condenser is supplied driven by the gravity force threw a pipe to the turbine (9) at a lower height to produce work. The above mentioned plant can be used for the production of fresh water and electricity without requiring fossil fuel or natural resources like rivers or lakes.
