FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating ulcerous duodenal and gastric disease. Gastric resection should be carried out by Billroth's-2 technique. One should apply separate symmetrical through-type sutures narrowing down duodenal lumen onto both anterior and posterior walls of duodenum. After gastric resection one should bind corresponding ligatures together. The second row of serous-muscular sutures are applied by suturing the stump mentioned. The present method enables to exclude the development of septic space, prevent hemorrhage from duodenal stump. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg, 3 ex |
