A FLOOR CLEANER, IN PARTICULAR A SINGLE BRUSH CLEANER

The cleaner comprises a rotary disc brush with a vertical rotation axis which is driven by an electric motor located above the brush. A handle (2) rising vertically from a side of a support base superiorly exhibits a grip provided with a manual control panel of the motor. An electronic apparatus (6) for controlling the motor is provided with an inverter which modulates the current supplied to the motor. The electronic apparatus is arranged between the motor and a lower end of the handle. The cleaner has a gradual start-up, and is therefore very easily manageable on the part of the operator.
