PURPOSE: A structure for assembling an evaporator of a direct cooling type refrigerator is provided to allow a pipe type evaporator or a roll bond type evaporator to be easily mounted. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes an inside case(100) having a storage compartment(100a) formed therein to have one side open, and an opening part(104) formed on at least one side thereof; an evaporator assembly(110) manufactured separately from the inside case, mounted on the opening part to cover the opening part, and having an evaporator in which working fluid flows for heat exchange with the storage compartment; and a coupling unit coupling the evaporator assembly to the inside case. The evaporator assembly comprises a plate(111) mounted on the opening part to cover the opening part; and a pipe type evaporator mounted on the plate in advance. Coupling stepped surfaces(112) are formed along a circumference of the evaporator assembly to be coupled to a circumference of the opening part of the inside case. The coupling unit comprises couplers(116) coupled to a plurality of coupling holes(114) formed on the coupling stepped surfaces and coupling holes(106) formed on the circumference of the opening part of the inside case.
