FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: the present method deals with applying gel containing a finely divided high-frequency calcium hydroxyapatite and includes as penetrating component a Tisol substance ( aquacomplex of titanium glycerosolvate) and chlorohexidine biglyconate as antiseptic component. Moreover, finely divided calcium hydroxyapatite is applied of the following chemical formula: Ca5(PO4)3OH.nH2O at molar ratio of Ca/P = 1,67±0,03 as aqueous suspension with the size of primary particles to be about 50 nmc and with aggregates of 1-10 mcm at average size of aggregates to be 2.5 mcm; composition is applied with circulating brush for 3-5 min at therapy course consisted of 3-10 seances in 1-3 d. The method provides quick and stable curative effect, restores solid dental tissues by removing small defects on dental surface. EFFECT: higher efficiency of local therapy. 2 cl, 1 ex |
