FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with ways to modify textile prosthesis. So, sterile fluorolon-dacron prosthesis should be kept in sterile colloid aqueous solution of autofibrinogen and heparin at the ratio of 1 mg/20 U for 5 min, after this prosthesis should be frozen on teflon rod up to -40 C to perform freeze drying. The present method enables to decrease the degree of prosthesis' surgical porosity at increasing its thromboresistance and biological nonpermeability. EFFECT: higher efficiency of preparation. 1 dwg
