FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: tillage cutter has rotary cylinder composed of disks carrying double-sided knives of different size, which are arranged in alternation. Tine of each knife adapted for cutting in vertical plane is common for all knives. Horizontal blades of long and short knives are oriented in opposite directions with respect to tine. Angular offset value between short and long knives bent to one side is twice the angular offset value between long and short knives. Difference in diameters of circles defined by short and long knives is equal to maximal feed value. Each disk has even number of knives, namely, from 2 to 8. Rotary cylinder is rotated from top to bottom and from bottom to top. EFFECT: improved quality of soil tillage and reduced power consumption. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
