The supply container for moist tissues or dry paper or textile towels consists of a rigid material, and has a hollow cylindrical form (1) with a diameter of 2-7 cm and a height of 5-22 cm, and serves as a protective packing to prevent drying out as well as for storage and replenishing, and also for the controlled individual withdrawal of tissues. The container may consist of plastic, rubber, hard rubber, metal or a combination of these materials.
