A disk stamper supply section, a stamper sticking section, a radiation radiating section, a stamper peeling section, and a disk discharging section are disposed on the circumference of a plurality of arms. Further, in the stamper peeling section, a pressing force is continuously applied to the circumference of the stamper to effect the peeling of the stamper from the resin layer circumferentially of the disk.
