PURPOSE: An avatar simultaneously expressing an emotion and a method for realizing item/personal virtual space using the same are provided to realize the avatar expressing various 3D shapes and the emotion at the same time while minimizing system load, and to maximize the reality while applying the avatar. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(100) connects to an Internet site(120) offering an avatar service through the Internet network(110). The user terminal is a PC or a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) connecting to the Internet network. The Internet site is a concept including a software and a hardware such as a homepage(121), a load balancing switch(122), a development server(123), a settlement server(124), a public place/distribution server(125), a personal virtual space server(126), a web server(127), a database(128), and a file system(129).
