An air conditioner of construction machinery capable of preventing a space in an operator'cab from becoming small and providing a comfortable working environment, wherein a body unit (4) is disposed under the floor (9) of the cab (1), cool air and hot air ducts (10L, 10R, 11L, 11R) connected to the body unit are routed under the floor of the cab and extracted into the cab, cool air and hot air outlets (10La, 10Ra, 11La, 11Ra) are disposed on both right and left sides of the front part of the cab, and two evaporators (6L, 6R) are installed so that two types of air with different temperatures can be blown from right and left outlets.
