SUBSTANCE: proposed device is proposed with two 90-deg. phase shifters, second multiplier, second integrator, two squarers, adder and square root extracting units; connected in series to output of first low-frequency amplifier are first 90-deg. phase shifter, second multiplier whose second input is connected via second 90-deg. phase shifter with output of second low-frequency amplifier, second integrator, first squarer, adder whose second input is connected via second squarer with output of first integrator and square root extracting unit whose output is connected with input of threshold member. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of detection due to square correlation processing of signals. 3 dwg
