FIELD: veterinary virology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested vaccine contains antigenic material as 5-10%-virus-containing suspension out of KR95N114 HHPS virus, inactivating agent as ethylenimine dimer and oily adjuvant in efficient ratio. Strain is deposited in VGNKI collection of microorganisms , registration code being KR95N114 DEP. Strain KR95N114 is reproduced in liver of 5-50-d-aged chickens or in primary hepatic cell culture of SPF-hens' embryos at biological activity of 3,25/5,0 lg LD50/0,2cu.cm. Vaccine suggested is nonreactogenic, harmless for vaccinated poultry. Moreover, titer of antibodies corresponds to 4,61-4,85 log2. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 11 ex, 9 tbl
