A refrigerating device and a refrigerating method capable of preventing or suppressing the lowering of quality of food and a refrigerated object manufactured by using the refrigerating device and the refrigerating method, the refrigerating device (10) comprising a refrigerating device body (101), a cluster fragmenting device (1A) for fragmenting the cluster of water containing in the refrigerated objects (5), a placing part (7) for placing t he refrigerated objects (5) thereon, a heat exchanger (8), and a low temperatur e gas supply means, the low temperature gas supply means further comprising a dehumidifying device (11) for dehumidifying low temperature gas heat-exchang ed by the heat exchanger (8) and a fan (9) for circulating the dehumidified low temperature gas to keep dry the inside of the refrigerating device body (101 ), the cluster fragmenting device (1A) further comprising a plurality of magnet ic field generating devices (2) providing magnetic field to the refrigerated objects (5) including water and varying the intensity of the magnetic field with the elapse of time.
