PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an extruder in which contact resistance of a molten resin material is small when it passes through a head part and volatile components and fine particles on the surface of the molten resin are also eliminated at the head part. SOLUTION: A supercritical fluid is introduced into a downstream side of a screw blade of the head part of the extruder for a thermoplastic resin to make the supercritical fluid flow to an outlet direction between the outer periphery of the molten resin and the inner wall face of the head part.
