PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-tensioning concrete product which can introduce a specified prestress to all product by surely tensioning by using a tendon not rotating together with a nut in tensioning. SOLUTION: The post-tensioning concrete product 1 is obtained by form molding the tendon 2 coating with a rustproof material embedded in a concrete 3 to obtain the compression strength of the concrete 3, tensioning the tendon 2 by a screw 5 from one side and prestressing the concrete 3. The head 4 of the tendon 2 has a rotation inhibiting part 10 for suppressing the rotation of the tendon 2 by engaging the tendon 2 with the bearer 11 of a supporting pressure plate 7 when the head 4 of the tendon 2 is tensioned by the tendon 2 by engaging the head 4 with the bearer 11 of the supporting pressure plate 7.
