PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running control device capable of stabilizing a behavior of a vehicle by preventing increase of an error between a target driving braking torque indicated by a command value and a driving braking torque actually generated by a control object. SOLUTION: When the command value indicating the target braking torque is inputted from a manager ECU 40, a brake ECU 10 determines a parameterαs corresponding to a coefficient of static friction to be the parameterα(s120) during stop of the vehicle (s110: YES), and determines a parameterαm corresponding to a coefficient of dynamic friction to be the parameterα(s130) during running of the vehicle (s110: NO).
