PURPOSE: A sanction terminal for supervising a satellite signal by using a cellular phone is provided to perform a sanction process in accordance with dual authentication procedures through the cellular phone and the sanction terminal, thereby safely operating a system and easily confirming an operated state in an ARS server terminal. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor(104) performs an overall control process to selectively transmit a specific channel according to a sanction process. A channel filter(112) and a relay(114) selectively extract a certain one of satellite broadcasting channels according to the sanction process, and perform a circuit opening/closing operation. A display(108) displays counted usage time and a series of terminal numbers. A keypad(106) operates a test function and an inputted password with keys. Input/output terminals(102,116) input satellite broadcasting, and output the broadcasting on TV set. A power input terminal(120) inputs power. |
